Minnesota Reciprocity

Wisconsin residents are able to pay in-state tuition rates at public Minnesota colleges and universities.  This is called Minnesota-Wisconsin Tuition Reciprocity. For more information on how to apply for reciprocity or to complete the online application, visit the HEAB Website.
